Control systems
Electrical Panels & Automation
The control panel is the brain of an automatic wash: it sequences every stage, reads the sensors and stops equipment when safety requires it.

What the automation handles
Sequencing
Starts and stops pumps, brushes, valves, conveyor and dryers in the right order.
Vehicle detection
Sensors detect position and profile so each stage acts at the right moment.
Safety interlocks
Emergency stops and interlocks halt equipment when required.
Integration points
Options for payment terminals, QR payments and wash-management software are confirmed per project.
Plan your electrical supply early
- Three-phase supply at the site
- Sanctioned load sufficient for the selected configuration (confirmed by our team)
- Earthing and protection designed by a licensed electrical contractor
- Inspection by the state Electrical Inspectorate where applicable
- Power backup plan where supply is unreliable
Electrical load and panel specifications are confirmed with the DHULWA technical team.
