The terms that apply when you use www.dhulwa.com and submit enquiries.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.dhulwa.com (the "Website"), operated by DHULWA (Dhulwa Official) ("DHULWA", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Who may use the Website
The Website is meant for businesses, entrepreneurs, property owners and adult consumers in India and elsewhere. By submitting a form you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is true and that you are authorised to share it, including on behalf of any company or property you represent.
2. Information on the Website
- Content on the Website, including product descriptions, process explanations, articles, FAQs and images, is for general information only. It is not engineering, legal, financial or tax advice for your specific site or business.
- Images on the Website include illustrations that represent products and processes. Actual equipment, layout and appearance depend on the configuration supplied.
- Technical specifications, capacities, prices, timelines, warranty, service levels and commercial terms are binding only when stated in a written quotation, proposal or agreement issued and signed by DHULWA.
- We try to keep content accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors, and we may change it at any time without notice.
3. Enquiries, quotations and reference IDs
Submitting a form, receiving a reference ID or receiving an automated acknowledgement by screen, email or WhatsApp:
- does not create a contract, order, booking or reservation;
- does not mean a site has been assessed, approved or found feasible;
- does not create any obligation on DHULWA to supply, install or partner.
Any supply, installation or service is governed solely by a separate written agreement.
4. Feasibility calculator
The site feasibility and investment calculator produces illustrative estimates using only the figures you enter. Results exclude financing costs, depreciation, taxes, GST and other costs unless you include them. They are not a forecast, offer or promise of revenue, profit, traffic or payback. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any investment decision. DHULWA is not liable for decisions made on the basis of calculator results.
5. Distributor and dealer applications
Applying through the Website does not make you a DHULWA distributor, dealer, agent or partner. Appointments, territories, exclusivity, pricing, commissions and support are created only by a signed partner agreement. DHULWA may accept or decline any application at its sole discretion and is not required to give reasons. You must not represent yourself as a DHULWA partner unless appointed in writing.
6. Car wash locations and services
Information about public DHULWA wash locations, services and membership plans (if any) is shown only once confirmed. Registering interest is not a booking. Prices and offers, where shown, may change and are subject to the terms at the location.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or another person's information;
- send spam, automated or bulk submissions;
- attempt to access the administration area, other users' data, or any part of the Website not intended for you;
- introduce malware, probe, scan or test the Website's vulnerability, or interfere with its operation;
- copy, scrape or reproduce Website content for commercial use without permission;
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
DHULWA™, the DHULWA logo, and all text, graphics, illustrations, layouts and software on the Website are owned by or licensed to DHULWA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business evaluation. You may not use our name or logo, or copy or modify our content, without our prior written consent.
9. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to third-party websites and services such as WhatsApp, social media, maps and analytics. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
10. Disclaimer
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website, including uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect warranties given in a signed agreement for equipment or services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DHULWA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from use of or reliance on the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify DHULWA against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
13. Privacy
Our use of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
14. Changes and termination
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us. Failing that, the courts having jurisdiction over DHULWA's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
