Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from site owners, entrepreneurs and partners.
How much space does an automatic tunnel car wash need?
It depends on the number of wash stages, drying configuration and queue space. Share your plot dimensions through the location form or a technical consultation, and our team will confirm feasibility.
What does a DHULWA system cost?
Pricing depends on configuration, site preparation and scope. We prepare a written quotation after understanding your requirement. Request a quote to start.
How much water does an automatic wash use?
Water use depends on the configuration and whether water recycling is installed. We share figures for a specific configuration once verified; we do not publish general water-saving claims.
Which permissions are needed?
Typically land-use permission, State Pollution Control Board consent (CTE and CTO), municipal licences, and where applicable groundwater permission, fire NOC and electrical inspection. Requirements differ by state — see Site Requirements.
Can I install a DHULWA wash at my petrol pump?
Register your fuel station. We will assess space, queueing and utilities. Installations inside fuel retail outlets may also need approval from the oil marketing company.
Do you guarantee returns or vehicles per day?
No. Demand depends on location and operations. Our feasibility calculator uses your own assumptions and its results are estimates only.
Is my distributor application an appointment?
No. Applications are reviewed individually. Territory and terms are set only in a signed partner agreement.
How do I check my application status?
Use the Application Status page with your reference ID and the mobile number you used.
Do you provide maintenance and spare parts?
Yes, through service requests and service agreements. Coverage and response times are set in each agreement.
Are there DHULWA car wash locations open to the public?
See Find a Wash. If no locations are listed for your city, register your interest and we will notify you.
