Tunnel wash systems
Automatic Tunnel Car Wash System
A conveyor-type wash line where the vehicle moves through a sequence of fixed wash stages — built for sites that need steady, repeatable throughput.
In a tunnel system the vehicle is guided along a conveyor while each stage — pre-soak, foam, brushing or high-pressure washing, rinse and drying — works in sequence. Because every vehicle passes through the same stages in the same order, tunnels deliver consistent results and are suited to locations with continuous traffic such as fuel stations, highway service areas and busy urban sites.
The exact stages, brush type, number of arches and dryer configuration depend on the selected configuration and site. Our technical team prepares a configuration after a site assessment.
