Water management
Water Recycling System
Treatment and reuse of wash water so a commercial car wash can reduce fresh-water draw and manage discharge responsibly.

A commercial wash generates water containing sludge, grit, oil and detergent residue. A recycling system typically collects this water, settles solids, separates oil, filters the water and conditions it for reuse in suitable wash stages, while fresh water is retained for final rinse where required.
Treatment stages, capacity and achievable reuse depend on the site, water quality and wash configuration. DHULWA will publish verified figures for each configuration; until then, performance is confirmed per project. Discharge must meet the conditions of the local State Pollution Control Board consent.
